We created the Saturday Workshop to provide an artistic home for actors. Becoming an actor takes a village - no one does it alone. This is the most joyful, passionate, intentional way to remain connected to your craft and ensure you are not only maintaining, but continually honing your skill set as an actor.

So, what's the Saturday Workshop?
Well, it's the fun and the love of your high school drama club (for adults)...on steroids...to the google power!
Actors, Directors, Writers, Producers, Educators and Creative Souls from all walks of life, and from all across the globe, meet on a weekly basis to study with Tom Todoroff and gain access to an extensive library of resources and video lessons for continued practice whenever you wish. Frequent appearances by highly accomplished guest artists! Attendees are welcome to observe, or sign up to work in class, and participate in Q&A sessions!

Becoming a skilled actor is very similar to becoming a skilled dancer, musician or athlete. It takes repetition and rehearsal on an ongoing basis with a mentor and peers who challenge you to keep growing.
Too often we meet actors who think, because they completed a degree in theater, they're fully 'trained' and no longer need to go to the proverbial 'gym'. But, can you think of a pro tennis player who doesn't work out regularly? Or a concert pianist who doesn't touch their instrument every day?
When you do the work, you get work!
Acting - like dance, music and athleticism - is a perishable skill set, meaning - when you stop going to class, you get rusty real quick. That's inevitably when a really big audition comes your way! You may suddenly scramble to get coached and catch up on all the work you haven't been doing, but there's still this voice in your head saying "I wish I had more time to prepare!"

Learn our holistic, visceral and practical approach to any script and any medium, from your audition for an HBO series, to Shakespeare in the Park! Every Saturday, we'll give you an overview of all components of the Todoroff Technique, so you can begin applying them in your own work. As you integrate these tools, you'll find it becomes easier to analyze a script and make dynamic, compelling performance choices immediately!
